2. 商品換貨 (Exchanges)

我們僅在以下情況接受換貨（只限非處方藥物及一般保健產品）：

• 收到的商品與訂單不符（寄錯貨品）。
• 商品在提取或配送過程中嚴重損毀。 如遇上述情況，請於收貨後 3 天內保留完整包裝，並聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊提供相片證明。經核實後，我們將安排更換同款商品。

We only accept exchange requests for non-prescription medications and general health supplements under the following conditions:

• The received product does not match the order (incorrect item).
• The product was severely damaged during pickup or transit. In such cases, please retain the original packaging and contact our customer service team with photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the identical product.
