1. 不設退款 (No Refunds)
為保障個人衛生、產品質素及確保嚴格的藥物儲存條件不被破壞,所有經由本網站展示並確認售出之商品,出門後恕不退換及退款。 To ensure personal hygiene, product quality, and that strict medication storage conditions are maintained, all products displayed on our website and confirmed sold are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once they leave our premises.
2. 商品換貨 (Exchanges)
我們僅在以下情況接受換貨(只限非處方藥物及一般保健產品):
- 收到的商品與訂單不符(寄錯貨品)。
- 商品在提取或配送過程中嚴重損毀。 如遇上述情況,請於收貨後 3 天內保留完整包裝,並聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊提供相片證明。經核實後,我們將安排更換同款商品。
We only accept exchange requests for non-prescription medications and general health supplements under the following conditions:
- The received product does not match the order (incorrect item).
- The product was severely damaged during pickup or transit. In such cases, please retain the original packaging and contact our customer service team with photographic evidence within 3 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange for the identical product.

All prescription medications must be dispensed in person at our physical pharmacy after verification by a registered pharmacist. Due to stringent drug safety and quality control standards, prescription drugs are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once dispensed.
